We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making a booking with us you understand that all booking reservations made for either the dining room or upstairs dining rooms are for dining only.

 

Bookings made online will require a card capture to complete the booking, in the event that you do not attend the booking we reserve the right to charge you a £5 per person no show charge. This charge will also apply to any last minute alterations or changes to a booking within 24 hours of the original booking date/time. 

The reason for the no show charges is that we have limited seating and will potentially have to turn bookings away when we are at capacity, many guests will make several reservations and then on the day decided where to eat, this is not fair to the vast majority of our lovely guests who want to dine with us. 

For telephone bookings we will require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per person for bookings of 8 or more, upon booking. 

Dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms but are more than welcome in the unbookable bar or garden areas. 

All bookings made with us are for a 2 hour slot from the time of booking, if we are able to extend this we will endeavour to so but please be advised this may not be possible during our peak times.

We only hold tables for up to 15 minutes unless you notify us of you being late.

Due to limited space inside we are only able to offer the facility for wheelchairs and not pushchairs/buggies,  you can however bring a carry seat/car seat but this needs to be included in your total table booking numbers. 

Our dining room capacity is 40 this is a shared dining room, we do have private dining available in our upstairs rooms, please speak to one of team if you have any special requirements.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation to allow us to re-book the tables, you can call us to cancel your table, in the event that you are unable to get through to us, you MUST email us to cancel your booking
